Replacement of parts or equipment during the warranty period: 30 days

Response time: 5 business days / 8 hours per day (5x8)

Additional year cost with basic service: 15% of the equipment value

 

IMPORTANT NOTE
Basic service is the one that comes included with the purchase of your devices.

PLUS

Replacement of parts or equipment under warranty: Third business day (TBD)

Response time: 5 business days / 8 hours per day (5x8)

Spare parts stock: 1 for every 15 units

Maintenance: 1 time per year

Annual cost:
• 15% of the value of the equipment if it is under warranty
• 30% if the equipment is no longer under warranty

PLUS and PULS PRO service applies
from the purchase of 10 devices

PLUS PRO

Replacement of parts or equipment under warranty: Second business day (SBD)

Response time: 7 days a week / 24 hours a day (7x24)

Spare parts stock: 1 for every 10 units

Maintenance: 2 times a year

Annual cost:
• 30% of the value of the equipment if it is under warranty
• 45% if the equipment is no longer under warranty
